Edward has a wide range of technical and administrative experience in the mining industry. As a senior-level hydrogeologist at the U.S. Forest Service, he advised on water quality and water quantity issues at mine sites across the United States. His expertise in agency coordination, permitting, and compliance comes from his experience guiding complex and politically sensitive mining projects through NEPA reviews.
Edward earned his B.S. degree in Water Resources from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oneonta and his M.S. degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
