Allison Haus PhD, PG (MN)

Managing Senior Geochemist

Allison brings insights from 15 years of geochemistry experience in research, teaching, and consulting to the design and interpretation of comprehensive programs for geochemical site characterization, with a focus on mine water geochemistry. She is specialized in the analysis of groundwater and surface water chemistry in support of environmental permitting and compliance. She also has extensive experience in the design of sampling and testing programs, development of quality assurance programs, conceptualizing site models, water chemistry modeling, and identification of mine waste and water management strategies.

She received a PhD in geochemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where she advanced fundamental understanding of carbonate mineral precipitation mechanisms. Following this, she was a Marie Curie Post-Doctoral Fellow at CNRS in Toulouse, France.
